At Front Row Courses and Coaching, we are committed to delivering high-quality courses and coaching services. We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances may lead to the need for a refund. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be granted.
Eligibility
Refunds are available for courses and coaching services under the following conditions: Courses: You may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. Coaching Services: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial coaching session if you are not satisfied with the service, given that no more than one session has been attended.
Non-Refundable Downloaded Materials
Any digital materials that have been downloaded are non-refundable. Special Promotions Courses or coaching services purchased during special promotions or sales are non-refundable.
Refund Process
1. Submit a Request: To initiate a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
2. Evaluation: Our team will review your request within 5 business days, confirm eligibility, and inform you of the outcome.
3. Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available for group coaching sessions once they have started. Refunds for live events or workshops must be requested at least 7 days before the event date.
